Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Entrevia at entrevia.dev (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Entrevia is an educational tool designed to help developers prepare for technical job interviews. It provides revision-card-style question sets organized by technology stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and others). The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use.

Entrevia does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service, including success in any job interview.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account, you may do so via Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, or a magic link by email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately at legal@entrevia.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Scrape or extract content from the Service in bulk or for commercial resale.
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• —Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• —Impersonate any person or entity.
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• —Use automated tools to abuse the Service.

5. User Content & Job Postings

The Service allows users to upload job postings (PDF or text) to generate personalised question sets using AI. You retain ownership of uploaded content, Entrevia processes it solely to provide the Service, and documents are not persistently stored (see Privacy Policy).

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• —Mission — €9, full access for 7 days.
• —Monthly — €19/month, unlimited full access.

Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for consumers in France. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may apply reverse charge.

Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you expressly acknowledge that access to the digital content begins immediately upon payment confirmation and waive your right of withdrawal once you start using the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account directly from your Account Settings page (immediate deletion with anonymization of session data retained for statistical purposes) or by contacting us at legal@entrevia.dev. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All non-user-generated content on the Service is the property of Entrevia or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Entrevia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve preceding months, or €10 for free-tier users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

12. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably. After attempting to resolve your dispute directly with us at legal@entrevia.dev, you may refer the matter to the competent consumer mediator. The list of approved mediators is available at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.
